Mid-sized cities and the new map of wealth

Brazilian wealth is becoming more distributed, requiring premium brands to read mid-sized cities through local business networks, culture and consumption.

Beyond the traditional capitals

Income, entrepreneurship and sophisticated demand are not confined to Brazil's largest metropolitan centres. Agribusiness, industry, services and regional corporate ecosystems have created relevant concentrations of purchasing power in mid-sized cities.

These markets cannot be understood by population alone. Local influence, mobility, family businesses, professional communities and proximity to other cities often matter more than administrative boundaries.

Enter through relationships and context

Premium brands need local intelligence before expanding distribution or communication. The right partners, events, specifiers and cultural references can reveal how trust is built and how value is interpreted. Replicating a capital-city playbook usually overlooks the networks that organize regional demand.
