Space is only the beginning
A showroom expresses the brand through curation, scale, light, material, sequence and human interaction. Its value cannot be reduced to the number of products displayed or the cost per square metre.
Visitors use the space to reduce uncertainty. They compare, touch, ask questions and imagine the product in a real context. Every part of that journey produces signals about interest and hesitation.
Measure what the space changes
Useful indicators include qualified visits, return visits, specification requests, sample circulation, proposal conversion and the time between visit and purchase. When these signals are connected, the showroom becomes media with a commercial learning system, not merely a permanent exhibition.
