The first half-hour of a visit

The first thirty minutes of a corporate visit shape trust through arrival, orientation, waiting, welcome and the first meaningful conversation.

Hospitality starts before the meeting

A visitor reads the organization from the moment an invitation arrives. Access instructions, security, parking, reception, waiting time and the way people are introduced communicate priorities before any presentation begins.

Small frictions accumulate quickly. A beautiful room does not compensate for uncertainty at the entrance or for a host who arrives without context.

Design the sequence, not only the space

The first half hour should have a clear rhythm: recognition, orientation, comfort, context and transition into the meeting. This sequence can be mapped and tested like any other service journey. When it works, hospitality becomes evidence of operational care rather than decoration.
