LIVE — amano

The house's event producer.

Design and integral production of experiences for brands. Curatorial dinners, workshops, tours and retreats, from concept to room operation.

why does it matter

The face-to-face meeting has become the most effective channel there is.

As the cost of digital attention rose and trust in advertising fell, the in-person experience did the opposite. It stopped being a secondary budget line and became the center of the brand strategy.

The reason is simple and difficult to replicate: presence cannot be skipped, it cannot be blocked and it cannot be outsourced to an algorithm. Whoever was in the room remembers.

A comparison helps to determine: the cost per qualified contact generated in a face-to-face environment is significantly lower than that of cold prospecting, in addition to producing a relationship and not just registration.

what is

The house's event producer.

LIVING — amano is the producer of events for third parties amano creative house, and also the platform where the philosophy of the house takes the form of experience.

This means that we don't just design the encounter. We assume full execution: curation, scenography, suppliers, hospitality, logistics, room operation and registration. The brand hires a result, not a concept to produce later.

We serve brands from any segment that seek memorability, reputation and commercial consequences, in unique experiences or serial programs. Always in a small format: between 6 and 20 people in most meetings, because that is the scale on which a conversation really takes place.

catalog

four families of experience

The repertoire is organized into families, each with defined typologies. Every experience starts with one of them and can be combined or custom designed from there.

table

Curated F&B and narrative driving

Table-side experiences with curated gastronomic service, narrative guidance and hospitality protocol.

  • essential tableSignature dinner in three to five times, with guest chef, optional pairing and light mediation.
  • silent tastingGuided tasting of wines or spirits, led by an expert, focusing on attention and sensory vocabulary.
  • salt talkDinner debate with mediator and defined curatorial theme, designed to produce real exchange between different repertoires.

studio

guided craft and expression

Craft experiences led by guest artists and masters, in which the guest does and does not just watch.

  • live paintingSession led by an artist, with the participation of guests and work resulting from the meeting.
  • craft and matterGuided practice in ceramics, paper, calligraphy or floral composition, with material and technique selected for the theme.
  • essay classShort masterclass with demonstration and applied practice, ideal format for brand education.

path

route and discovery

Travel experiences, curated by places, hosts and sensory stops along the route.

  • guided tourTour of galleries, ateliers and production spaces, accompanied by a curator and the creators themselves.
  • day in the fieldImmersion in terroir, with harvest, fire and long table. It connects origin, matter and food in a single path.
  • hidden cityUrban drift with curatorial stops in places closed to the public or invisible in everyday life.

retreat

contemplative immersion

Experiences of extended duration, with practice programming, guided meals and a slow pace.

  • dawnBreathing and movement practices at dawn, followed by a light menu and conversation.
  • silenceContemplative immersion with trail, guided reading and deliberate absence of stimulus.
  • international missionImmersive itinerary in a cultural destination, with local hosts, curatorial agenda and full production.
intensity

three layers deep

Each typology can be executed in three intensities. The choice defines duration, production and investment. No, capacity: it is always small, at any intensity.

essence

2 to 3 hours · 8 to 20 people
  • Light scenography with sensorial signature
  • A guest talent
  • Basic photographic recording
Recommended for product launch, one-off relationships and proof of concept.

immersion

3 to 5 meetings or one lasting 4 to 6 hours · 12 to 24 people
  • Expanded set design and art direction
  • Two to three guest talents
  • Derivative content for circulation
Recommended for brand education and community building in chapters.

transformation

2 to 5 days · 6 to 16 people
  • Complete scenography and hospitality
  • Destination itinerary with local hosts
  • Complete editorial collection
Recommended for premium positioning, strategic relationships and expanded repercussion.

The scale is a curatorial decision, not an operational limitation. The ideal point is between 6 and 20 people, where a conversation still takes place around a single table. Thirty already require special room design and management to avoid fragmentation. Fifty is the absolute ceiling, reserved for rare moments. Above that, it's not our job: it becomes an event, and we don't do events.

scenario

The place is part of the argument.

The experience can take place in a partner environment with compatible aesthetics, outside the city, on the move or in another country. The choice of setting is not logistical, it is a curatorial decision: it determines what the meeting can say.

house and table

Closed environments with aligned aesthetics, own or partner, where the table organizes the experience.

outside the house

Countryside, mountains, coastline and historic cities. Where the landscape comes in as a narrative element.

on the move

Trains, boats, gardens and roofs. The displacement becomes part of the dramaturgy of the meeting.

another country

Destination itineraries with local hosts, curatorial agenda and full production.

objective

Every experience responds to a commercial intent.

Before choosing a format, we define what the brand needs to happen. It is this answer that guides the typology, list of guests and room design.

launch

Present a product, collection or line of services to an audience that decides and resonates.

educate

Transmit technical or aesthetic repertoire through a masterclass, workshop or guided conversation.

relate

Bring the brand closer to senior executives, the press, content creators and project professionals.

found community

Create a fraternity, club or affinity program that continues throughout the year.

The matrix guides, does not determine. Combinations outside the recommendations are possible and sometimes are exactly the point, as long as the choice is conscious and the operating cost is declared.

Launch KPIs

Qualified reach, demonstrations carried out, qualified leads, declared purchase intention and spontaneous mentions in the press.

Educate KPIs

Attendance per block, downloads of support material, learning assessment and conversion of guest into recurring participant.

KPIs to relate

Confirmations converted into presence, average length of stay, meetings scheduled within thirty days and new qualified records in the database.

Community founding KPIs

Retention per chapter, engagement between meetings, spontaneous indications of new participants and recurrence throughout the cycle.

The indicators are agreed upon in the diagnosis, before the concept. A meeting without a defined indicator is a meeting that no one will know if it worked.

what is included

End-to-end production.

Every experience, in any family or intensity, includes a base set. Scalable items are added according to objective and investment.

  • scenography with sensorial signatureLight, table, aroma and trail treated as language, not as decoration.

method

how we drive

diagnosis

Definition of commercial, public objectives and indicators. It is the step that avoids producing a beautiful and inconsequential event.

curation and narrative

Choosing the theme, the list of guests and the dramaturgy of the meeting. The guest list is made up person by person and determines the outcome more than any other factor.

production

Full execution with approved suppliers, schedule by room time and prior technical check.

room reading

Monitoring during the experience, with fine adjustment of pace and direction according to the guests' response.

post-date

Report with presence, permanence, emerging themes, identified developments and continuity plan.

governance

who decides what

Conducting combines creative freedom and process rigor. A curatorial board made up of the creative direction, thematic curators and executive production defines guidelines, approves concepts and supervises execution.

There are four approval gates throughout the project: briefing, concept, budget and delivery. No stage progresses without validation of the previous one, which reduces rework and protects the brand's budget.

Curatorial criteria: adherence to the house's philosophy, originality of the concept, cultural repertoire involved and real suitability for the invited public.

ready-made recipes

Three combinations that work.

Each one is born from a different objective and shows how family, intensity and scenery combine in practice. They serve as a starting point, not as a closed catalogue.

deadlines and guarantees

What is agreed before starting.

Experience production is a deadline business. Therefore, each intensity has its minimum contracting period and its scope freeze date, after which any change generates additives with a declared impact on scope, deadline, risk and cost.

None of this appears later. Go to the proposal, before signing.

guaranteed comfort

Minimum quality of thermal and acoustic comfort verified in a prior technical check. Hot room, cold room or room with echo overturns any curation.

talent replacement

In case of proven unavailability of a chef, artist or specialist, replacement will be made with an equivalent, at no additional cost to the brand.

approved suppliers

The entire chain operates with approved suppliers and service levels by category, with insurance and compliance documentation issued before assembly.

cancellation and force majeure

In case of force majeure, the date is rescheduled preserving costs already incurred, and editorial and relationship deliveries migrate to the nearest cycle.

investment

How the price is made up.

We do not publish a table because there is no standard experience. We publish the logic, which is what allows you to compare proposals and understand what you are paying for.

Every proposal presents direct costs grouped by cost center, with transparency about what is a transfer and what is a house fee.

01

curation

Fixed price per project or per season. Covers diagnosis, concept, script in seven scenes, sensory sheet and creative direction.

house fee
02

executive production

Percentage applied to direct costs. Covers budgeting, scheduling, hiring, technical checking and room management.

house fee
03

direct costs

Full transfer, grouped by cost center: talent, location, scenography and technique, gastronomy, logistics, insurance and registration.

transfer, without hidden margin
04

performance

Optional and linked to goals agreed upon in the diagnosis, such as measured satisfaction, qualified leads, impact or attributed sales.

bonus for result

Continuity trails: a successful core experience usually becomes an immersion series with a quarterly calendar; a mature series becomes an annual transformation with a mission or retreat; and a consolidated transformation becomes a proprietary program for the brand, with signature and co-authorship.

rights and co-authorship

Who signs, who authorizes, who can publish.

Unresolved rights stop publication after the meeting has already taken place, and it is too late to correct. Therefore, the documentation is treated as mandatory delivery, with its own deadline within the schedule.

standard credit

"Experience for LIVING — amano co-authored with [brand]. Curation and creative direction VIVER — amano. Guest [Talent].” The co-branding visual hierarchy is agreed upon concept approval.

image and LGPD

Consent collected at RSVP and check-in, with refusal possible in the field. Non-catchment areas are mapped and marked for the registration team.

works and performances

Specific authorization from each artist for exhibition, photo and video. Music performance and synchronization licenses when there is audiovisual capture.

derived content

The original capture files remain with the house; the brand receives a license to use it for the agreed purposes, terms and territories, with credits preserved in every republication.

exclusivity and embargo

Thematic or sectoral exclusivity only when contracted, with duration and scope registered. If there is a launch, an embargo window and list of vehicles are defined.

mandatory documents

Co-authorship and co-branding term, image authorizations, applicable licenses and official credit sheet for publication and press material.

next step

design an experience

Tell us the objective and we'll get back to you in two business days with an initial reading. Preliminary concept in five.

initial briefing

The clearer the commercial objective, the better the concept we can propose. It is not necessary to have a defined format.

questions

what they usually ask

Do you have your own space?

We do not operate with fixed space, and that is a choice. Each experience calls for a different scenario, and working with a network of partner environments allows you to choose the place that suits the concept rather than adapting the concept to the available place.

How big are the meetings?

Small, always. The sweet spot is between 6 and 20 people. Thirty already requires a special room design so that the conversation does not fragment, and fifty is the absolute ceiling, reserved for rare moments. We do not produce mass-audience events: what we deliver is quality of connection, and it does not survive on scale.

Do you produce the event or just design it?

We produce. LIVING — amano is the event producer for third parties, with responsibility for suppliers, logistics, hospitality and room operations. The brand receives the meeting ready, not a concept to execute later.

What is the minimum production time?

Fourteen days for formats of essential intensity, as long as the agenda allows it. Destination series and itineraries require planning months in advance, due to their dependence on talent, travel and accommodation.

Is the guest list ours or yours?

It depends on the objective. It can be from the brand, it can be curated from the house's network, or it can be mixed. The composition of the room is the variable that most determines the result, so it is always discussed in the diagnosis.

How do we measure return?

The report delivered within thirty days provides confirmed presence, average length of stay, perceived quality, emerging themes in the conversation and identified developments, such as scheduled meetings and qualified contacts generated.
